Marc handles all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial purchase and sale transactions, landbanking, real estate financing, master planned communities, subdivision matters and leasing. Marc also handles business transactions, including business acquisitions and sales, the preparation of operating and partnership agreements and related general business matters.
During Marc’s tenure in private law practice and as regional general counsel for a large public homebuilder, his clients have ranged from small, start-up businesses to large public companies.
Marc’s philosophy is that clients need to understand the legal issues they face, but they need practical advice to guide their business decisions. Having spent time on both sides of business organizations, Marc understands the legal issues to be dealt with, but just as important, Marc understands business and what it takes to get a deal done.
