Lorrie has worked for over 35 years as a paralegal, gaining extensive experience in real estate transactions, including land banking, homebuilding and development. She joined Berens Blonstein PLC in 2010, and she has worked with Marc Blonstein and his team for neatly 15 years. She manages deals from the contract negotiation stage through closing, conducts preliminary review of, and prepares initial drafts of purchase and sale agreements, land banking agreements, amendments, easements, development agreements, HOA documents, and other associated transactional documents. Additionally, she assists clients with corporate matters including formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies as well as handling related compliance.
Outside of the office Lorrie loves spending time with her friends and family.
