Kimberly is a detail oriented Legal Assistant and Corporate Paralegal who has worked in the legal field for over 30 years. Her experience includes corporate and limited liability company formation, restructuring and governance, private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as participation in commercial real estate transactions through and including closings. She joined Berens Blonstein in 2019, and works closely with Matt Berens and his team.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys working with animal rescue organizations, specifically the kittens.
