Chris Evanoff represents a wide range of private and publicly traded developers, home builders, and retailers in connection with the sale, purchase, landbanking, lease, governance, and finance of real estate, including master-planned communities, joint development agreements, and entitlement-related matters. Chris also handles general corporate entity formation and governance matters ancillary to real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris practiced for several years at an international Am Law 100 law firm, as well as a regional NLJ 250 law firm. Prior to entering private practice, Chris clerked for three federal district court judges in the District of Arizona (Honorable David G. Campbell and Honorable Douglas L. Rayes) and the Eastern District of Michigan (Honorable Marianne O. Battani), and thereafter, served as a Solicitor for the United States Department of the Interior representing the United States Bureau of Reclamation in connection with water, power, and real estate matters.

Chris strives to provide his clients timely and practical real estate advice to keep deals moving forward to closing. His philosophy is that lawyers should not only protect client interests, but act to facilitate, and not stifle, successful transactions.
