With over 20 years of real estate transactional paralegal experience with business owners, builders and developers in Arizona, Caryn is well versed in complex acquisitions and dispositions. She has worked at Berens Blonstein PLC with Marc Blonstein for the last 8 years. She manages deals from the contract negotiation stage through closing, conducts extensive title and survey review, conducts the preliminary review of, and prepares purchase and sale agreements, amendments, easements, development agreements, HOA documents, and other associated transactional documents, maintains strong client relationships, facilitates escrows, due diligence, land banking and closing, reviews settlement statements, and prepares closing instruction letters and closing documents.
When not working, Caryn enjoys outdoor sports including rock climbing and skiing. She loves to travel and has volunteered extensively in multiple countries in Africa. As a nationally ranked long jumper and heptathlete in high school in Connecticut, she went on to compete at The Pennsylvania State University and completed a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance in 1998.
