Stephanie Samuelson practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate transactions including work relating to commercial purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, master planned communities, and leasing. Stephanie also has experience with business transactions including business acquisitions and sales, the preparation of operating and partnership agreements, and related business matters.
Stephanie advises corporate clients in real estate matters. She has represented developers, owners, lenders, borrowers, commercial landlords and commercial tenants.
